We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Availability is subject to our supplier's stock levels.

4. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through our approved payment methods.

Orders are shipped directly by our supplier through AutoDS. Delivery within the UAE typically takes 3-7 business days. PetsPoko is not responsible for delays caused by our supplier, third-party couriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

PetsPoko is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including delays or issues arising from our supplier's fulfillment process, which we will work in good faith to resolve.
