Where's My Order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Since PetsPoko sources products from Amazon.ae and uses AutoDS as our order fulfillment platform, tracking information is automatically synced from Amazon.ae to your email.

To track your order:

 • Check your email for the shipping confirmation

 • Click the tracking link provided in that email to view your order's status directly on the carrier's website

Allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
