We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Availability is subject to our supplier's stock levels.

4. Payments

Orders are shipped directly by Amazon.ae through AutoDS. Delivery within the UAE typically takes 2-4 business days. PetsPoko is not responsible for delays caused by Amazon.ae, third-party couriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
